Competition for scholarships is very high and only applicants who meet the following criteria will normally be considered:

•        a first degree with a grade of "Good".

•        two or more years’ work experience.

•        a strong command of English to cope with life and study in the UK.

    
Preference will be given to applicants who have already achieved some degree of prominence in their chosen field and who can demonstrate an interest in establishing economic, commercial, political or social links with the United Kingdom.
